Paraquat Non-AS formulation receives approval in China

China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) recently released 20% paraquat GW (water soluble gel) from Nanjing RedSun Group has received pesticide production certificates.

It was the first time that paraquat Non-AS (aqueous solution) formulation has obtained production approval since the ban of AS formulation implemented on July 1st 2014. Registration and production of paraquat AS formulation for export is still permitted, but from July 2016 their domestic sale and use will be banned.
